Acceptable Use Policy

Do not use TimeWarp to break the law, facilitate unlawful activity, violate court or regulatory orders, or infringe privacy, confidentiality, intellectual-property, publicity, or other rights. You must have permission to access every account, system, file, and dataset you connect.

• Do not create, distribute, or facilitate malware, ransomware, destructive code, credential theft, phishing, fraud, impersonation, or deceptive manipulation.
• Do not use TimeWarp to threaten, harass, exploit, abuse, or facilitate harm to a person or group.
• Do not generate or distribute child sexual abuse material, non-consensual intimate material, or content that sexually exploits minors or adults.
• Do not facilitate weapons development, violent wrongdoing, human trafficking, or the sale of illegal goods or services.

• Do not probe, scan, attack, overload, disrupt, or bypass security or rate limits unless you have explicit written authorisation for legitimate security testing.
• Do not obtain, infer, scrape, or expose credentials, personal data, confidential information, or protected systems without appropriate authority.
• Do not hide malicious activity, evade enforcement, create abusive accounts, or help others circumvent a suspension or restriction.

• Keep meaningful human oversight for consequential actions and verify important outputs before relying on them.
• Do not use automated output as the sole basis for decisions that determine a person’s access to employment, housing, credit, healthcare, education, insurance, legal services, or other high-impact opportunities unless the use is lawful and includes appropriate safeguards and review.
• Do not use TimeWarp to send spam, manipulate engagement, create fake reviews, or run coordinated inauthentic behaviour.
• Respect third-party platform rules when an automation interacts with a connected service.

Do not resell access without permission, misrepresent your relationship with TimeWarp, interfere with other users, copy protected parts of the Services, or use automated means to extract the product, models, or underlying technology beyond normal authorised use.

We may investigate suspected violations and remove content, limit features, suspend access, or terminate accounts when reasonably necessary and proportionate. We consider context, severity, recurrence, and risk of harm. We may preserve and disclose information when legally required or necessary to protect rights and safety.

Report suspected abuse or security concerns to support@timewarpdev.com. Include enough detail for us to investigate, but do not send passwords, recovery codes, or unnecessary sensitive personal data.
