Every plan unlocks the entire app—nothing is feature-gated. Free includes 10 compute-only Cloud Credits each month and uses your connected ChatGPT account for AI messages. Paid plans include larger shared general-purpose credit allowances. Purchased credits continue after included credits run out. Is a plan per person or per workspace? Paid TimeWarp plans belong to a workspace, and everyone in that workspace shares the included credits rather than paying per seat. ChatGPT Connect uses the ChatGPT account linked in the desktop app. Your Personal workspace is the solo workspace you get by default when you sign up. Which workspace does a plan apply to? A paid plan applies to the workspace you choose when you buy it. You can use ChatGPT Connect in Personal while a team workspace runs on Max, for example. Owners and admins can change a workspace plan; everyone else can use its shared credits. When do my included credits reset? Included TimeWarp credits reset on your billing date, not on the first of the month. If you subscribe on the 14th, your credits reset on the 14th. ChatGPT Connect follows the reset windows of the connected plan. What happens when included credits run out? On Pro, Max, and Ultra, purchased credits take over after included credits are exhausted; without credits, metered work pauses until the included balance resets. ChatGPT Connect becomes available again when the connected plan resets. Nothing is deleted. How long do credits last, and what uses them? Purchased credits never expire. Included credits are used first. AI work consumes credits by model activity. TimeWarp Computer converts each active cloud-compute action into credits, then suspends between actions so CPU and RAM stop billing. Mail and Agent Wallet setup are free; merchant purchases are charged to your connected card. Phone and SMS are coming soon. You can add credits or enable automatic top-ups from Settings → Billing. How long will my included or purchased credits last? There is no fixed number of hours or tasks because usage depends on the work you ask TimeWarp to do. Short conversations and simple actions can make included credits last a long time, while deep research, large documents, coding jobs, advanced modes, and long-running agents consume them faster. Your usage and remaining credit balance are visible in Billing, so you can see your own pattern before deciding whether to change plans or add credits. Can you give an example of how much one task uses? As an illustration, asking TimeWarp to read a 10-page document and produce a one-page summary might process about 10,000 input tokens and generate 2,000 output tokens. That is roughly 0.07 credits in an efficient mode or 0.35 credits in an advanced mode. The charge comes from included credits first, then purchased credits. The actual amount can vary with the document, selected mode, tools, and any extra steps or retries, so these figures are estimates rather than fixed prices. Can I change or cancel my plan? Any time, from Settings → Billing in the app or from your account on the web. Upgrades and downgrades are prorated by Stripe, so you are credited for what you have not used. Cancelling keeps the plan running until the end of the period you already paid for, then drops to Free. Do I need a credit card to start? Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. You authorise TimeWarp to send instructions and relevant data to a connected service only as needed to perform the action you request. ### 6. Plans, billing, and changes If you purchase a paid plan, the price, billing interval, included usage, taxes, cancellation terms, and any trial terms shown at checkout or in an order form become part of this agreement. Intellectual property and feedback TimeWarp and its licensors own the Services, software, visual design, trademarks, and related technology. Local, cloud, AI, and integration processing Some TimeWarp features may run locally on your device and others may use cloud infrastructure or AI providers, depending on the feature and settings you select. When you connect an external service or ask TimeWarp to perform an action, the necessary instructions and data are shared with that provider. The provider’s own terms and privacy policy also apply. ### 7. Sharing personal data We do not sell personal data. We may share it with: - Infrastructure, authentication, analytics, support, payment, AI, and integration providers acting under appropriate contractual restrictions. - Services you deliberately connect or recipients you direct us to contact. - Professional advisers, authorities, or other parties when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights and safety, or complete a corporate transaction. - Your organisation’s authorised workspace owners or administrators where you use an organisation-managed account. ### 8. International transfers Providers may process data outside your country. Retention We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes described here. The period depends on the account or workspace lifecycle, the type and sensitivity of the data, security needs, legal requirements, and whether it is stored in active systems or rolling backups. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it unless law requires longer retention. ### 10. Security We use technical and organisational safeguards designed for the nature of the data and risks involved. No service can guarantee absolute security, so you should also protect your credentials, devices, workspace permissions, and connected accounts. ### 11. Your rights Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a portable copy of personal data, and to withdraw consent. Submit a deletion request Email support@timewarpdev.com from the address connected to your account with the subject “Data deletion request”. Include: - The account email address and, if relevant, organisation or workspace name. - Whether you want to delete the whole account or specific data. - Any additional account identifier needed to locate the data. Never send us your password or recovery codes. ### 2. Verification and timing We may ask for information needed to verify your identity, protect the account, or confirm that an organisation administrator is authorised to make the request. What deletion covers After a valid request, we will delete or anonymise personal data in the active TimeWarp systems we control, including the account and associated cloud workspace content, subject to the exceptions below. Residual copies may remain temporarily in encrypted or restricted backups until those backups rotate out under the applicable retention schedule. ### 4. Local data and connected services - Data on your device: deleting a cloud account may not remove files, exports, caches, or locally stored work from your computer. Remove local data through the application and your operating system, and uninstall TimeWarp if appropriate. - Connected services: disconnecting a service revokes TimeWarp’s future access where supported, but does not delete data held by that provider. Contact the provider or use its account controls for that data. - Organisation workspaces: workspace owners may retain content that belongs to the organisation, subject to applicable law and the organisation’s own policies. ### 5. Data we may retain We may retain limited information where reasonably necessary to meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud or abuse, maintain security records, enforce agreements, or demonstrate that a deletion request was completed. Retained information is restricted to the relevant purpose and kept only as long as necessary. ### 6. Platform integrity Do not resell access without permission, misrepresent your relationship with TimeWarp, interfere with other users, copy protected parts of the Services, or use automated means to extract the product, models, or underlying technology beyond normal authorised use. ### 6. Enforcement We may investigate suspected violations and remove content, limit features, suspend access, or terminate accounts when reasonably necessary and proportionate. We consider context, severity, recurrence, and risk of harm. We may preserve and disclose information when legally required or necessary to protect rights and safety. ### 7.
